A few new fonts...and a warning!

I have been enjoying the creative, inspirational work of others lately through pinterest. It is a great, safe way to store ideas and pictures that automatically link to the original website. You can also browse and sort through other people's "pins" to find inspiration. You, literally, pin pictures to your inspiration board (you can make as many as you want according to category or however you wish to sort them).

If you're interested in all this pinteresting-ness, then take a minute (or two :) and check out a few of my inspiration boards!

Along with a lot of pinterest-ing and project-ing, I have been searching for and finding new, cute fonts. Free, of course.

To find the fonts, click on the image you like. BEFORE downloading any fonts, read the "Keep Safe" section at the end of this post.

There are many more, but that's enough for now!
For a great tutorial on downloading fonts (and many more fonts - not all free, though), visit my favorite site:

Keep Safe:

When you download files or save pictures from the internet on your hardrive, you are opening windows of opportunity for too many problems to name. The sites I've linked, from my experience and other reviews, are safe. That does not guarantee that every file is safe. A few things I've read to help sort through the good and the bad:
1. Have a good, active antivirus - or two. No one system covers everything.
2. Use a program that rates the sites you visit. For example, I'm using WOT - Web of Trust. This came recommended from a computer tutor. If you google something, next to each result, it will rate the site from dangerous to excellent (security).
3. If anything odd starts happening, disconnect from the internet and DO NOT click any pop ups - especially antivirus programs that you are certain are not yours. Simply "x" out or use task manager to end those programs.

It's always a good idea to have back ups of important documents and to use really secure passwords to keep your personal information safe. For passwords, avoid using whole words - especially your name, date of birth, anniversary dates, etc. Include numbers and symbols and capitalized letters when possible.
Choosing a password is an excellent time and opportunity to BE CREATIVE!

Safe and happy surfing! I hope you enjoy the fonts :)
